Complete bait and switch operation. The prices charged were more than double the list price because shirts were delivered boxed or on hangers. Also, everyday shirts were dry cleaned resulting in a charge of $7.50 per shirt. A dry cleaned quilt was $55.00.

DO NOT USE THESE CLEANERS! Years ago they destroyed my suede skirt and now they destroyed my daughter's 2 expensive dresses! And the worse part is that they take no blame for it. They said they didn't do anything wrong. They are horrible! They said that I'm lying- even though i showed them photos of how they ruined it. KEEP ANYTHING NICE FAR AWAY FROM THEM!!!!

I took a suit jacket and vest to be tailored here. It was expensive with terrible results. Here were the problems:1) they used an adhesive on the interior of the sleeve, that according to a second tailor will leave a stain and ruin the jacket after a few years of dry cleaning2) the interior of the sleeves they adjusted were frayed3) the jacket lapels still didn't fit properly, and they said there was nothing they could do (when I took it to another tailor they said they could fix it no problem)4) they speak extremely limited English so communication is difficult.
