This was my second purchase from salesman Huntley at Lexus of Towson. I bought my first Lexus sight unseen in 2021 & he shipped it to me in New York. The transaction couldn't have gone any smoother and Huntley was a true pleasure to work with! The second time around, I made the road trip to Maryland to meet Huntley & staff in person. I walked into a very busy dealership & was immediately greeted by the staff who was expecting me. Huntley was very professional & friendly, answered all my questions, and was a true gentleman!! We made the transaction, and I even referred my friend to him for a new car. Huntley even called me after I left to make sure I made it back to New York alright. I did not have a positive experience with the dealers in New York & certainly did not receive this level of customer service. Special Thanks to Huntley, Cassidy from Finance, and staff for an exceptional experience, AGAIN!!! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone I know.
