I've been going to this gym for about 4 months now. It's ok, however I've had some bad experiences there. Such as an entire month where the suama was dangerously hot, like above 200 degrees, but it was never closed and there was never a sign on the door for warning, I even burned my throat tryna breath in there because I was unaware at the time. There was also another incident that happened more recently where the showers were dirty with hair filled drains on a Wednesday came back on a Saturday and that same exact hair was still there, gross. I moved to Towson from Owings Mills. The whirlpool is a plus. However, this gym has cleanliness issues and the music is OBNOXIOUSLY LOUD in the locker room. OMG just want to go in and not have a headache from that music after a stressful workday. If that improves I would give another star for sure.

Breanne went above and beyond to investigate my 40 year old membership that hasn't been used in years. She worked to get it reinstated at the Towson, MD location. She is awesome! Also, Ray explained all of the option and did a great job getting my son signed up.
