Well my pressure tank sprung a leak on a Sunday night when I was sick. We are lucky that (1) we caught it before the leak spread to the finished part of the basement and that (2) I called Gallup, pressed 1 for an emergency, and was patched through to Randy Gallup. He told me how to shut down my antiquated well pump and depressurize the tank, which stopped the leak and prevented any collateral damage to my system. Thanks, Randy!He sent a team out the next day. They were on time, fast, and overall very awesome. Water restored in less than 24 hours. I do very much recommend Gallup for well service!

We had a wonderful experience working with Dave, Randy, and Rick from Gallup Well. They're all friendly and very knowledgeable about wells and the well system.Dave did an awesome job with the initial well inspection and testing the water of our new home. He recommended we get our well casing replaced due to a hole.Randy and Rick came out to do the replacement and it was a really easy process. As Randy walked us through the work he completed, he showed us the corroded hole, and also pointed out some things we should look to get fix. We really appreciate the honesty from this company.
