The staff Dr. Kiely, Lynn, Omar and Joy are as good as it gets. They explain everything in detail, are very friendly, just what you want when considering a medical procedure. If you have good donor areas then hair transplantation is a great choice. If you are totally bald with just a little hair above your ears, then maybe this isn't for you. I've had 10 or so procedures with Dr. Kiely over the past 14 years. My hair looks very good and I look my age or a little younger, so the transplants are definately worth it. He doesn't deserve the title Dr. I asked him if his transplants were going to give the "plug" look and he assured me that once he is done, no one can tell i have ever had any surgery done. few issues, the size of needles used for extraction are so large that you would be better off using the strip method. although he did FUE all the donor area is bald showing every point of extraction. he never split the grafts extracted so that the implants would have a natural look. and at the end he multiply the number of extracted hair by 10 and claims you have had that many hair transplants. he should just do everyone a favor and retire. if i had the energy i would... read full review
