Brian Rocca is the best barber in Towson by far, probably the best in Maryland and there's an argument for best on the east coast.I barely let anyone touch my head as a general rule, but when I'm at Rocca's I know my noggin is about to be turned into a canvas for a masterpiece. I've overheard people in the shop mention him in the same breath as Monet, da Vinci and Matisse, and I don't think it's an unfair comparison.Do yourself, and your hair, a favor and check my man out.

Brian is super talented and down to earth. I used to pay a lot more for haircuts from the local "high end barber" and it was like rolling the dice every time. Low-key atmosphere and good vibes- we chatted about soccer and snowboarding while listening to good music. ill never go anywhere else.
