I have only been in the store two times, but on both occasions, Laura could not have been more helpful. She fixed my glasses without charge (they were so off balance), even though I didn't purchase them there. On my other visit, she went to herculean efforts to find a pair of clip-on sunglasses even though she was pretty sure nothing she had would quite work. Next time I go, I plan to purchase a pair of glasses!
Laura at the GBMC location is, in a word, amazing. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, she spent so much time with me helping me to identify suitable frames that were in my price range. She never tried to push expensive frames on me and she even, when none of the frames on display were quite right, retreated to her storage room to look for other frames. She has my highest recommendation and respect.
