Wonderful experience here. Dr. Higginbotham is amazing. So kind and patient even with someone who is squeamish about "eye stuff" like me. She and Jackie spent numerous hours helping me learn to use contact lenses. I was frustrated with myself and thought about giving up, but they kept encouraging and helping me through 3 visits until I finally got it! Despite the 3 visits it took for me to find success, they only charged me for 1. You're in good hands at this office!
