New patient, just 4 rounds of chemo so far but very pleased. My wife has taken the lead on Maggie's treatment so I haven't met the doctor or the techs but I listen in and am very impressed with the communication and follow up and treatment plan. Always answer phone calls and return calls and very thorough explanations. Just going by overheard conversations but thanks to Dr. Reynaldo and Victoria for being so thorough and thoughtful.
My dog had surgery to remove some mast cell tumors at our local vet. Took my dog in for a consult with the oncologist to verify the results and what the prognosis is. Doctor Rusk was very kind and professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. Overall a very good experience.
