I recently had my wisdom teeth removed and had a very frustrating experience with both billing and consent. That said, I do want to acknowledge that the procedure itself went smoothly, and I appreciate the staff who worked directly on me during the surgery.
When I initially scheduled the procedure, I was told I needed to put half down. Before my appointment, I was called and told I still had a remaining balance that needed to be paid. I had my first appointment and I was greatly in shock of how professional everyone was from the staff in the front to the staff in the back. The doctor that cleaned my teeth was the best dentist I have ever encountered out of my whole 33 years. Can’t wait to get back to my next visit.
my experience with Aspen dental has been amazing from the call to the first visit the assistant was very knowledgeable and gentle with the oral exams dental hygienist l was amazing and she gave a lot of great advice , she examine my mouth with care. I seen a doctor and he was gentle and very knowledgeable and was able to get me out of some type of pain today I would recommend anyone to the office and I am really grateful for my experience.
