It’s so easy to see why she’s as highly sought after as she is. I’m seeing so many people complain about appointment availability, but Dr. Z is worth the wait. She stands firmly by a fear free approach so that my babies are more comfortable. They love Dr. Z and her staff so much which makes everyone’s lives easy. I don’t trust my pet’s healthcare decisions to ANY other vet after working with Dr. Z. I’m amazed at how people choose to nitpick over small things when RAH makes a conscious effort To provide the platinum standard of care, EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. 1000/10 highly recommend.“

My dog was given a quick appointment as she was rather sick and from the phone call with the receptionist to meeting the vet tech and meeting with the doctor we literally had the best vet visit. Everyone was so kind, helpful, loving to my dog, empathetic towards our dogs illness and overly sweet to my dog. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.“

“It’s always nerve wracking choosing the right vet, so I feel very lucky that I found Doc Side when I moved to the city. I have had nothing but positive experiences with them and am continually grateful for the care and support they show my precious pets. I’ve been to Doc Side for all sorts of things now— check ups, illnesses, an emergency visit, even anal gland expression on a cat (yikes!). They have always handled our appointments with grace, patience, creativity, and compassion.

I will admit they are a tad pricier than some other options, but not by much, and you get what you pay for. There have been a few times where I’ve called for guidance which they provided on the phone without urging me to come in for appointment. They have also matched a competitor’s medication price for me.

We’ve seen Dr. Tierney, Dr. Coughlin, and Dr. Peterson and have always been impressed by their quality of care. Additionally, the vet techs and support staff have consistently been phenomenal. I get anxiety over my cat’s health, and the staff do just as much for me as they do for them! You are in excellent hands with DocSide.“

“Always caring and professional service that isn't overpriced. Most front desk is friendly. Been going here for my cats and dogs for 30yrs. and plan to continue. Added... Something needs to be done about their scheduling. If they can't get pets in to be seen at reasonable time frames what is going on? Do they need to hire more Veterinarians. My cat needs antibiotics and a antihistamine. And I have to wait 14 days for her to be seen and get that. That's insane. They need to bring walk ins back. Or hire more vets. Maybe it's time for a new place. Why is the wait time so long?“
