18 months ago, while climbing over 950 steps at the Eiffel Tower, I suffered a lower back injury. I spent 6 months visiting a chiropractor 4 times a week and had minimal relief. For a year, I just accepted that this would be my new normal, living with pain. It started to become too much and I was faced with a decision, get an epidural/cortisone shot in my back or not. I decided to try acupuncture as a last effort before going the invasive route.I can say without a doubt is that Acupuncture is AMAZING! I experienced almost immediate relief! I really enjoy going to Dr. Taavoni because she is very kind and compassionate. She will make sure that her treatments are very soothing and relaxing. The atmosphere in the room is very serene
