I have been getting massages at Massage Envy since pre-COVID and I have always experienced fabulous masseuses and excellent customer service at each of the 3 locations I have had the pleasure to visit. That being said, Maulana is just in another league. Not only is she very skilled with massage techniques, her perception and empathic spirit made me think of relaxing in a whole new way. As a very anxious person with diagnosed anxiety orders, I can never fully relax, but during my session with Maulana I was able to begin releasing. Definitely scheduling my next session with her even though the Timonium location is a little out of my way. The drive will be worth it.

I arrived early, because I knew I had forms to fill and I was seated in the waiting room by 1:10 for my 1:30 appointment. As others came in after me were taken to rooms at 1:24 & 1:27, I still sat. At 1:33 a girl came back and I told her I had a 1:30 and it was past.. I was assured the masseuse would extend my time. I was taken back at 1:36.. the massage started moments later and I was done and off the table at 2:31.. I realize it's 5 minutes, but that was $11. My massage was lovely, I left feeling both relaxed and invigorated.. just feeling the front desk dropped the ball on this.

The people here are great! I've had several good massage therapists and the front desk staff are nice. Qwaisha has become my favorite! She gives a focused, strong massage and always finds my relaxation spots. She's great with time management, too.
