I have been going there for over 30 years. My two sons have grown up with their hair cut from Frank's place. I have had my hair cut by every barber there, and have never had a bad hair cut. They are always accommodating, and professional. I would highly recommend them!

I’ve been here several times now and Frank’s is now my go-to for a haircut. They are very competitive and you won’t find a better cut, regardless of price.I’ve tried 3 shops in this part of town (Ridgely) and Frank’s is the best bargain. If you’re looking for an alternative to the other independent shop down the street, give this hidden gem ? a try.

I have been going to Frank for around 20 years. Fantastic barber and all around great guy. Everyone there is so friendly and they all do a fantastic job!
