Superb experience from start to finish. This was for a floating LVP floor installation in an office of about 185 sq/ft. My contact was Nasim Athari who was very helpful, patient with my questions, and super responsive by both phone and email. I changed my mind multiple times during the process and Floors Etc. just rolled with it. The install scheduling was easy. The installation itself was done professionally and in about half a day. The team cleaned up the work site exceptionally well. Overall, this was a really positive experience and I'd go back to these guys for future projects.

Our experience with the team at Floors Etc was fantastic from start to finish. They were straightforward, communicative, friendly, and an all-round pleasure to work with. Having the floors replaced throughout our entire house could easily have been a huge disruption, but their professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail and the timeline made the process smooth and painless. I highly recommend using Floors Etc. I used them to redo the floors on the first floor of my house. They have a beautiful showroom with so many different selections. Their workers are so helpful and knowledgeable. Melanie helped me make the perfect selections for my space. The floor contractors were friendly and efficient. I’m very satisfied with the finished product!
