I'll do my best to up the stars in these reviews because they are pretty sad. I had a good experience here all around. I needed a Dexa scan and I was able to schedule online yesterday afternoon for early this morning at a location near my house. The online scheduling was easy and convenient! I then quickly received via email my confirmation and link to check in online. Easy and convenient! I arrived close to my appointment time and was quickly asked to check in at window 4. The lady was extremely friendly and efficient. My wait time in the lobby was reasonable, considering there were a few other patients there. Caroline took me back and completed my scans in a professional manner, explaining each step to me and answering any questions I had. She said my doctor would have the results within 2 days and I was out the door in no time. From walk in to leaving I was there a total of about 40 minutes. Very reasonable! I usually go to the GBMC location, but their campus is a mess with the renovation and parking is a nightmare! This location has lots of free parking in a huge lot. Easy access off of York Road.
