This is probably one of the better locations around. Came here after experiencing poor customer service at the Middle River location. I hope everyone stays in place because it’s a great team! Highly recommend.
First eye exam, didn’t know what to expect. Staff was super helpful, patient, and understanding. Very welcoming environment. Only one problem, I didn’t receive a pillow in the waiting room because the classical music was putting me to sleep lol.Great job, will definitely recommend.
I was very impressed with the customer service at this location. I received my eyeglasses days before anticipated and was greeted on my first visit and return visit with consistent professional service. Bravo To this team!!
