I want to give the biggest shout out to Mick’s! Especially his tech Justin! They have helped me immensely, with a system they didn’t even install. They are quick, professional, knowledgeable and fair. They made a very uncomfortable situation much better for me, and it’s SO appreciated. They listen to their customers, and actually pay attention to what they’re saying. I have had to call them several times over the past few weeks. When their distributor messed up an order, not once, but twice, they stepped in and made it right for me. I cannot thank them enough for all the time they’ve spent at my house. Thank you all so much for everything you’ve done. Edit: shoutout to Teri for taking lots of phone calls from me, and making lots of phone calls to me! Very quick response to our call, on a Sunday! Plumber was very knowledgeable, and friendly! He took the time to explain things while he did the diagnosis and adjustments. Overall, I grade the experience as an A+++
