I have consistently received superb customer service here. On very rare occasions I have had an article of clothing lost or damaged. The manner in which these truly rare instances were handled with true professionalism and to my complete satisfaction. I would also like to recognize Shanieka H. for always providing exceptional customer service, she is phenomenal. It is also great how the cleaners is decorated for special observances and holidays.
