I walked into Zips very professional, the staff acknowledged me immediately. They took the time to hear me out on exactly what I needed done. GREAT JOBService: Clothing alterations & repairs
Had a two piece Nike sports wear that was dropped off for cleaning. Once picked up, it had a stain on the upper part that wasn't there when I dropped it off. Questionable practices in play here...
Arrived to no one in line. Glad to see. Needed zipper replacement for a long jacket, a short jacket and a repair for a torn coat sleeve. I was quoted $84 and my mouth dropped. I was floored. When the gentleman explained that the zippers alone were $66, I still couldn't believe it. Paid although I felt it was overpriced. Won't be coming back for altering ever again. This has provoked me to learn to sew and to use Amazon for my zipper replacements. I'm only rating on the altering charge and nothing else.
