I highly recommend this location!! Very professional, outstanding customer services, extremely customer friendly!! I value good service and this team exceeded my expectations… The whole team Rocks, especially the manager. I’ve visited other Sterling’s locations and this was the best location and experience thus far!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I’ve visited the location today for the first time and I must say that I am more than satisfied! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. The staff at Sterling Optical are attentive and patient and that is key for me….not only that, they make you feel like family! I highly recommend this location, specifically to see Lo and Shadonna ? I’ve found my new home for all of my optical needs!
Sterling Optical at Iverson Mall has a wide range of selection when it comes to frames (left me quite indecisive for the first time EVER...in a positive way). From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming and gave me quite the entertaining experience! The staff there are knowledgeable, attentive and patient; I highly recommend visiting Lo and her staff at Sterling Optical (biggest of shoutouts to Shadonna). I've found my new home for all of my optical needs! Customer service exceeded all expectations
