I have been wearing my deep wave extensions lengths 26,28,28 & they have been very nice I have been receiving many compliments throughout the time I’ve had my hair in. The hair was wonderful no complaints on the product whatsoever. The shop was very clean and cute! I love that there's a physical location for bundles. However the employee that runs the bundle side of the shop "stepped out" and I have waited at the door now from 1:04pm-1:20pm. The woman still hasn't returned. I'm in such a major rush and need to be in silver spring an hour away atp. (She eventually arrived and now I understand. They run the shop but the shop runners are also the stylist. She stepped out to the supply store with a client who she returned with. So plan accordingly)

I loved my service and my Stylist Cortia she is a youngin but baby girl got my bundles all the way together. I went back for a maintenance and she was just as sweet and professional as could be. I'm letting my hair breath but best believe I'm going back in a couple of weeks. I never tried a frontal and she talked me into getting one for the next style.
