Kaiser Permanente Camp Springs Medical Center

I went to Camp Springs urgent care today for my daughter. We went there very concerned. The entire staff from the front desk to the doctor was very knowledgeable, personable and friendly. You don’t always see this. One nurse came in and sat and talked to us about her condition and provided recommendations to us. That’s top notch.

I saw Alfred Lorenzo Phelps PA, I have left trigger thumb and right carpal tunnel syndrome, let me tell this Dr was very kind, knowledgeable, he explained to me in full detail and Drew a picture what was going on with me, I have never experienced such a great bedside manner! I will not see anyone else! Thank for everything!!Would also like to give a shout out to nurse Lenora Thomas for her wonderful care of me!!
