I would give zero stars if possible. Scheduled a 9am appointment and by 10:30 I still was waiting. Was told someone was on the way around 9:30. Only waited that long because I’m new to the area but I gave up. Wont be going here ever again and I suggest you don’t either

The worse service ever! Zita dont care about the customer, only about the money. I went for 2 braids and literally she pulled by scalp so far apart that I now have a bald spot. I went back the next day to complain and was hoping that it will be redone...nope, they just took a comb to try to pull out some of the hair from my scalp that is already sore with bumps. And pack a bunch of jam all over my head. NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!

The lady that did my bob braids was rude about how short the top of hair and not only that telling me her hands hurt cause of how short my hair is. So NO I Will NOT BE RETURNING ? And my is not how it would look in the back not even ?Service: Shampoo & conditioning
