Theresa was great! She took care of my daughters hair right away. The style came out better than the picture I showed her! She has patience, professional and sweet Jamaican girl. Cassandra has done my daughter hair in the past too and she's good at fleekin the baby edges lol. My daughter was happy with her hair and so was I. We been coming here for a few years but now Theresa will be Audrey's permanent braider. Marcia is kind as well and works with you. Only reason I gave 4 stars because I wanted my hair done too but a different braider wanted to start too late I couldn't do it. I didn't want to be in the shop past 9pm honestly. But we'll be back, thank you so much!
This salon generally provides a clean, calm, and occasionally relaxing environment. However, my experience today was completely unacceptable. I visited to get knotless box braids, a style I’ve successfully had done before without issue, as I have approximately six inches of hair. The stylist, Marsha, not only delivered subpar results but also demonstrated a clear lack of expertise and professionalism.
Marsha left the ends of my braids looking ragged and failed to properly tuck and braid my hair, leaving noticeable strands sticking out across my entire head. At no point did she communicate that she was not properly trained to handle hair of my length or suggest...read full review
My daughter has been going to Marsha since she turned 1 years old. I have seen the improvement and overall health in her hair. I could not think of a better environment that is kid friendly.
