Kaiser Radiology was amazing. My appointment was made through the system, upon arrival sent checkin time. I was greeted and called back immediately. My results were in the system by the time i got home. All before 10!am
Felice Taylor is AMAZING. PERIOD. I won't even rate my frustrating, angering experience for the hours up until she called me to the window. She needs to model your customer service training video.
I came to this Kaiser pharmacy after leaving the Kaiser on Auth Road who did not carry one of the prescriptions. This pharmacist (male with salt and pepper beard) was professional articulate, caring, willing to help, willing to assist, took the time and called the dentist and got a substitute prescription, since Kaiser no longer carried one if the prescriptiond and got a substitution. Outstanding, customer service.
