I saw Alfred Lorenzo Phelps PA, I have left trigger thumb and right carpal tunnel syndrome, let me tell this Dr was very kind, knowledgeable, he explained to me in full detail and Drew a picture what was going on with me, I have never experienced such a great bedside manner! I will not see anyone else! Thank for everything!!Would also like to give a shout out to nurse Lenora Thomas for her wonderful care of me!!

Dear Kaiser Permanente Management,We would like to take the time and express our exceptional customer service experience with Mrs Tameka Nettles, laboratory technician, Kaiser Camp Spring location.On Monday February 12, 2024, I/we were able to successfully have lab work completed. Our experience with Lab Tech Tameka Nettles was truly amazing, exceptional, professional and an enjoyable encounter.Tameka’s level of professionalism displayed during our visit was one that her colleagues should emulate. I came into the pharmacy today to resolve an issue where I was previously charged for a drug that should have been no cost to me per my Summary of benefits. I worked with Darian who is a Pharmacy tech and she was phenomenal. She was patient, kind, and efficient. Darian quickly called the Pharmacist An over to help with my issue and An was just as willing to help. She too, was patient, kind, and efficient. My issue has been resolved and I'm so very happy to have had the help of these wonderful people today.
