I knew I wanted braids but had no idea where to go. I looked online and read reviews. The HBC kept coming up. I called and asked some questions. Brigitte was very helpful and scheduled my appointment for the next day. When I arrived, she was ready for me. She went over what style I wanted and in what color. Less than 3 hours later she was done with my jumbo Senegalese twists and the looked great! I asked her to put them up in a bun since it was in the 90s. Brigitte did a cute bun and I couldn't be happier. Braids were on point and most importantly MY EDGES ARE STILL LAID. Good experience. Shop is located in a house. You must enter through back. You need to wash and blow dry hair. I recommend getting pricing up front. The hair was provided but I ended up paying almost $100 more than what I thought. The knotless box braids turned out nice.

Had a great experience getting my hair braided. Very helpful and patient. Bridgette helped me pick the style and size of braids. Very jovial during my time there. I will be returning for any braiding/twist needs. Thank you again Brigitte!Service: Braids
