The service provided yesterday included deep cleaning two tile floors, two rugs, steaming and deep cleaning of two large couches that really needed it and a cloth chair. This is the best I remember my kitchen looking. The couch is probably five years old and is unrecognizable to me, it somehow looks fully and fluffier than when I bought it. My tenant moved out and I needed the apartment carpet cleaned for a showing the following day.The tech Jerome was ontime, introduced himself as the boss, was shown the job and proceeded to explain how he would eliminate the carpet dirt and stain.He did a prebuff, which agitated and lifted the dirt, then the other tech did a thorough steam cleaning. They went back over a heavily soiled spot when asked.The overall experience was an Excellent one. The price was fair and the work was excellent, so I gave a good tip.
