So my wife and I just recently moved into our new home with our young daughter expecting to start a new chapter of our life on the right foot. Little did we know, we needed to get radon remediation so our basement will be safe and habitable. The radon company came to fix the problem and had a little trouble so the work had to stop and a plumber needed to be called. Thankfully the radon company called on Aqua. Burchell came to the rescue and fixed the pipes so the radon company could complete a promise they made to us which was to fix our radon problem. Before he left he told us to call him if we need anything done to the house because he's knowledgable in many areas around the house. Thinking everything was fine my wife to go take a shower and what do you know, no hot water in the showers! Apparently the home inspection that was done before closing missed a very important detail and we were faced with an unexpected problem. Thankfully we still had Burchell's business card so we called him & scheduled an appointment. He came out, looked at the problem and told us we needed to replace the diverters and also put in water turn off knobs for each bathroom. Being that we needed hot water we decided to let him go forth with the job and the was solved. He did an awesome job and is probably the best plumber i've ever dealt with in my life and he was completely honest and trustworthy. Burchell even gave us little pointers here and there that could help us save money and alleviate stress in the future. Without him & Aqua i don't know what we would have done but i do know we would have spent a fortune trying to fix this problem. Thank you Burchell & Aqua, you have a customer for life and free advertising as well. If you ever have a problem with your home please give Burchell or Aqua a call and talk to them first. They will definitely point you in the right direction if they can't solve your problem themselves.
