My usual dry cleaners was closed yesterday and I decided to try a new place down the street from where I live. I went in and drop off 4 shirts and got a receipt. I realized on the receipt it said my shirts would be ready a week from now. I called and asked if I could just pick up my shirts because that would be a long time. I have never even heard of a week long for the shirts to be ready. Regardless when I asked she started yelling at me and saying I can’t get my shirts and I shouldn’t seen the paper. Yes I should have paid more attention to the receipt that was my mistake but that is not how you talk to your costumers. You don’t talk to me like I’m a child....read full review

My partner and I entered the place, no one attended to us immediately and then when the receptionist arrived... she didn't say anything to us... she only looked at us reluctantly... the truth was it was terrible customer service. We decided not to leave the clothes there.

This place has no customer service. The lady at the front desk with sister locks is very rude and unprofessional l will never use this service again nor refer anyone l know here. They just need to close this location period service here is the worst suck's they deserve no stars
