“I came to Airrosti with a shoulder injury causing pain throughout my arm. Each visit was broken into two sessions - tough-love deep tissue work followed by a friendly demonstration of tailored exercises to perform at home. After three sessions, I was 'discharged' to continue only with the home PT exercises. Two more weeks and my shoulder and arm feel 95% back to normal.“

“Originally went to Providence for what I thought was still there (urgent care) to find out it closed in August! However a nice security guard informed me there was a clinic on the 3rd floor! I came at 9am on a Wednesday and was out by 9:35am with all the prescriptions I needed. The office was very clean as well and not busy. The front desk staff and doctor were both very welcoming and nice. The front desk answered all my questions about their services they provided and the doctor explained everything and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely go back when and if needed. “Very grateful for this service to the community! Makes it easy to get tested together with a new partner for ease of mind :)Communication was a bit lacking, not in a way that was a mega problem for me. We weren't told how long the wait would be, but I think we were seen maybe 30 minutes after getting there? And I was given a rapid finger prick test for HIV that gave results right away. But afterward I peed in a cup, got a mouth swab, and had blood drawn, and I wasn't told what all those were for. I'm assuming it was gonorrhea and chlamydia, but usually it's either urine or blood draw not both? But I'm not mad at it! I appreciate how thorough they are :)Results come in through the Healthvana portal, which is appreciated. I know some places will just call only if results are positive, and don't reach out at all if negative. So having it in a portal is just another layer of peace of mind :)“

“This was my first encounter with the department and I was apprehensive ; I am elderly (87) and have digestive problems that bother me and seriously detract from the quality of life. The doctor came in, asked the usual questions and the proceeded to integrate these into my MedStar file in a highly competent, professional fashion. At the end of the session, I had the very strong feeling that he understood what the issues were, where the gaps in critical data were and made arrangements to fill these gaps ( CatScan needed). The conclusion was an excellent summary of his understanding and an agreement to meet following the additional data gathering process at which time, the next steps will be discussed.
