He let me know what the cost would be for the inspection and the water companies fee in advance, worked with me to find a date and time that would work with my schedule, arrived a promptly, and the inspection was done quickly. In addition, he also answered my question on what he was doing and what a passing score was while he did the testing. The same day, he filed the report with WSSC and sent me a copy.
