I got there for the appointment. Got my finger pricked and 2 vaccines today. It hurts this afternoon and still hurts right now. My nurse was nice. But today, 3/5 stars for the experience.

I love the doctors but some of your front desk staff is so rude. I was looked at in my eyes multiple times and ignored by the woman at the 2nd desk from the left that worked on may 9th at 10:30 am. but as soon as the Hispanic woman came in with her child she was greeted immediately in Spanish before I was even acknowledged. When I said how rude that was she acted like she didn’t see me but that lady looked me dead in my eyes multiple times and ignored me as I stood holding my one year old his hospital papers and multiple other items in my hand in front of her desk.
