For a bathroom remodeling project, the client was pleased with how the team handled a few initial issues, quickly rectifying problems like the wrong finish on a vanity front panel, a chipped sink, crooked doors, and ill-fitting close-up mirrors on the medicine cabinets. Their questions were patiently answered, a leaky shower door was rebuilt, and even a shower door sweep was replaced under warranty a year after the installation was complete.
