I was on the fence about leaving Fleming, but after being left a curt message about boiler servicing, then being treated with rudeness when I called back about the servicing, followed by rudeness and passive aggressiveness when returning a call about pricing, I was done. The passive aggressive remark was about me not calling back the same day the message was left. I'm so sorry I can't drop what I'm doing to pick up the phone to talk about pricing. I have to work to pay for your heating oil!

I was dealing with them for 2 years, until I called to have my tank filled and they didn't even fill my tank I called for 120 gallons and got delivered 74, and they said they won't come back to actually fill it.

Fleming Oil is a compassionate and empathetic place of service. I have spoken to Donna, Michele, and met Gilbert Fleming in person. I have encountered Jeremy a couple of times and he is always very polite and knowledgeable and explains what he is about to do in regards to service. Donna was extremely Kind today especially during the crisis that we are all facing. Thank you for your Kindness, Donna!Dad has been a long time customer of Fleming Oil.
