Elite Tents and Events reached out to me based on a post I made about needing chairs in less then 24 hours for an event that got moved up, communication was amazing, had a quote to me in about 5 mins, extremely reasonable prices! Highly highly recommend
I had such a wonderful experience working with Elite Tents & Events this past weekend! I reached out frantic because I was coordinating a wedding and there was rain in the forecast - the bride REALLY wanted her ceremony outside (despite our rain backup plan of indoors) so it was a very last minute decision. I reached out to Elite Tents & Events with my request and within minutes Heather was calling me back with options after checking with the crew. Because it was going to be a rainy weekend they were very busy with tent installs but they made time for us!! The customer service that I experienced from start to finish was top-notch (and I tend to be very critical of service because I've spent my entire career in the events industry). The communication via email was prompt and accurate - the crew showed up to install on time and the men who installed were pleasant and worked quickly. Again on the take down of the tent, communication was clear and timely and everything went so smooth! Elite Tents & Events (special shout out to Heather!) THANK YOU for making this bride's dream come true for her outdoor wedding ceremony! We are lucky to have you in our town!
