Amazing experience! Not only did Steve do a great job with my baltimore city rental inspection- he also took the time to show us how to replace the smoke detectors! Great guy, lots of experience. highly recommend!

I'm so glad I found Century Inspections (Steve) through some Google searching! After speaking with a few inspectors for our first and forever home in the Sykesville, MD area, we went with Steve/Century Inspections. I enjoyed our first phone conversation as he was very knowledgable and honest about what and how he would help inspect our home before closing.We had a pretty tight deadline outlined in our contract, and needed the home inspected, and report provided within 5 business days. Steve was great to work with! He made the process smooth and took his time to thoroughly inspect and go over everything. He walked us through each room of the house and was able to answer any questions we had in regards to the inspection. Steve also let us know that if we have any questions at any time after the inspection, that we could reach out, even after we have closed on the house. I would definitely use Century Inspections again in the future, as well as recommend them to anyone else looking for a home inspection!
