Kristian was super responsive and accommodating, even on a Sunday. He quickly diagnosed the issue and helped with the info for Factory Warranty Coverage.I definitely recommend Carroll Mechanical.

Kristian and his team are amazing. Our heat pump went out during peak repair season, and Kristian came out to diagnose the problem and had the parts ordered and replacement scheduled the next day. Having a newborn in the house, it was refreshing to see someone who truly cares about others go above and beyond for his customers. We had a minor issue with the new thermostat, and Kristian came out within 6 hours and had a new one in place. I truly cannot say enough good things about him and his business.

Great company!! Everything always breaks when needed most. He came out on the weekend and took care of us. The price and expertise were amazing. If you have a problem call him.
