Mr. Covey came to my parents home to help with arrangements per my Mom's last wishes. Jim was Empathetic, Kind, Compassionate and very patient. Not only to my Mom, but to My Dad and myself. I feel this is the hardest thing anyone will ever have to go through is fullfilling a Loved ones last wish. Mr. Covey was very personable and eased alot of anxiety and I will be forever grateful.
