On Thursday July 20, 2023 I had a scheduled appt at 11am for this company . My warranty company scheduled it and they accepted. I waited until after 4pm, called, sent text per there request. It's Saturday morning and I have still not heard a word from them. Thank you for being such a great company. You really should close your business is this is how your customers are treated.

Very unprofessional. The tech never came back to do the job! My home warranty company selected them to fix a leaky pipe under the sink. A simple job. The technician arrived, took photos, said he needed to wait for approval, and would return when he was cleared to do the work. I know that approval usually happens while he waits, especially for something so simple. Instead he failed to be honest and tell me that he really refused to do the work. No idea why. No phone call or follow up from CSA. Thanks for dropping the ball. The next day, MK Plumbing showed up to do a fantastic job! Took him 15 minutes to do what CSA couldn't do. I will NEVER accept work from CSA Plumbing LLC. EVER!!!

CSA plumbing is always very communicative in scheduling appointments, informing you of when they’re en route to your appointment, and informing you of what they’re doing. I’ve used them 4 times and would recommend them to others and prefer to work with them should I need plumbing assistance in the future.Services: Toilet repair
