I had an excellent experience with Excel HVAC. Last night, BGE detected a carbon monoxide leak from my hot water heater and turned off the gas. I immediately made calls to find someone who could come out right away. I spoke with Bruce from Excel, who kindly explained that since the gas was off, it was safe to wait until morning. His warm, consultative approach put me at ease, and I agreed to have him come out the next day.

Late spring early summer we had an issue with our air conditioning unit. We had an idea but not the time. We wanted to call a local company to come out; Excel diagnosed and luckily had a part on the truck which had us back to cool in no time. Friendly, fast, and affordable. Fast forward to this weekend. We had issues with our thermostat not working. We called to schedule a service appointment and were provided help over the phone. Excel assisted in getting our home cool again. Highly recommend the team at Excel HVAC! Zach was able to get us on the books for the same day. Our technician, Kevin was able to come out right away and figure out the issue. Great service and they were reasonably priced!
