I was mortified when my washer overflowed on my 2nd floor and caused major damage to my downstairs ceiling and walls in two places. Once Benny arrived from Puroclean and took charge of the restoration, I felt a huge burden lifted from my shoulders. It gave me great comfort to know the damage was being handled right away and that I would be able to restore my downstairs to it's pre-accident condition.Services: Mold inspection

This company responds quickly. I had same-day service. The tech (Benny) was friendly, professional, and prompt. He explained everything step by step to me and my husband. Benny was thorough and cleaned up all of the affected areas after the mitigation services were complete.Services: Mold inspection

The PuroClean team made a thorough and accurate initial assessment, we’re easy to work with in scheduling, showed up and completed the work diligently, and returned for a requested final inspection. All members of the team were professional, courteous and friendly. Hoping that I never need these services again but if so, this company would be my first call.Service: Sewage cleanup
