Jim and his technicians from Ocean Air are first-rate! I've let Jim service four of my rental properties and my home for years and I'm always impressed by the quality, thoroughness and technical competence of his techs. Service is always delivered with a friendly smile and courteous...and more importantly, always fixes the problem. I would highly recommend Ocean Air to anyone requiring HVAC services.
My air conditioning quit working on the hottest day of the year, July 2. I called OceanAir in the morning and even though they were completely booked for the day, they were able to get a technician to my house the same day. The technician was very professional and had my system fixed the same day. My kids and I are very appreciative.
I called on a Sunday to get my Outside A/c Unit checked because I believed the fan motor burned up. Talked to someone very friendly who actually listened to me when I said I believed it was the fan motor (unlike other companies who wouldn't listen and said their tech had to go out to diagnose the problem and wouldn't have the fan motor on the truck). She checked with her tech on the road to find out he didn't have it on the truck. She stated that they could get out the next day and fix it first thing in the morning.
The tech was there by 9:30am checked the less expensive fix first which worked! Great service and good ethics on the part of the tech! I will...read full review
