Computer crashed - Larson NVT took my call and my computer and had it ready for me the next day. Jason and Larson were very professional and kept me in the loop with updates on what they needed to do. Since its return, my computer has never run so fast! Thank you New Vertical Technologies! Highly recommend.
Love this place, came in with my acre predator laptop to get it fixed due to lag, and just had the best experience, Tyler is just the nicest guy and me and him just started talking about random pc stuff and other games and he also just provided really good service by giving feedback about questions I had and what some tips and tricks are to fix my problem, overall amazing place.
You guys are absolutely amazing. Extremely helpful in trying to revive my tuff gaming computer. They run all step through me first before ordering parts and are willing to work with anyone’s schedule. If they can’t fix the problem they’ll at least diagnose it for you. 10/10 Will be going back for any computer problems.
