Katie and Nichole (at the front desk) were friendly, professional and immediately answered quicklyb to my questions. Dr. Anderson show immediate concern of my explanation about the itching all over my body. She gave me lnstructions on how to improve dry itchy skin and order 2 medications to ease the severe itching and scheduled me for a 6 month follow up. I am a new patient. Dr. Anderson and her staff greatly impressed me. As I left the office I felt very satisfied that I chose Dr. Anderson to be my Dermatologist.
I have been a patient at Anne Arundel Dermatology for 7 years since I retired and moved to Eastern Shore of MD. It’s an hour drive for me to the Kent Island office but I very much like the staff there and the way they prioritize their patients.
This was my first visit to the practice after moving to the Eastern Shore. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, and although my appointment was not made correctly, they were able to accommodate me for a full body check that day. I appreciated not having to make a second appointment.
