John was incredibly responsive over email, quick to schedule an estimate, priced fairly, and quick to send me a quote by email after we met. He investigated the leak, fixed up our shower (including fixing some tile, grouting, caulking, and replacing the door seal), then also repaired and repainted the drywall in our living room. We also asked him to do drywall repairs in two other places in the house, which he was more than happy to fit in for us. My project was not small by any means with a large deck, stone patio with a firepit and seating area. Nelson and team did a great job explaining the process, meeting with me multiple times to go over options and even during the project when we hit a snag with some of the stone colors with the distributer, Nelson came out to my house with alternatives to review with me.
