I contacted A#1 to remove asbestos tile from my parent's basement. They were professional and knowledgeable about navigating the home insurance system. They came in without disrupting the household and completed the job in one day. Their entire staff was excellent and explained the process in terms I could understand. My parents were very pleased with outcome.

Good response time and quality of work. They do not give official receipts, it's hand written. Also, they're not very good a communicating after getting the job done. I had asbestos testing and got the results but no one has reached back out to me about what my results really mean.

We just completed the most satisfying experience with A1 Abatement Service. They had worked on our next door neighbor's mold problem and they highly recommended them to us. We called them yesterday requesting an evaluation of possible mold in our home and enjoyed speaking to a knowledgeable and very pleasant lady. Travis and his dad showed up this morning right on time and they took their time thoroughly inspecting and using instruments our home. They patiently answered my questions and even did a minor repair that they noticed. They finally reassured me that they found no evidence of mold in our home, but made me aware of some other non-related issues. We recommended A1without the slightest reservation!
