His team fit a visit to us into his already packed schedule and he came out to view the job and give us an estimate. I explained the situation, this was one item on our Buyers list, and asked about remediation before settlement. Unfortunately, he said he would not be able to get to us for another month, at the soonest. However, THAT evening, Greg texted us our estimate but also that he would be trying to line up a team that could complete the remediation that weekend! “Wow! What a piece of art! The **** Krause Team did a fabulous job replacing my front porch and steps down a hill at the back of my house towards my dock. The Team also installed a walkway from the steps to the dock. For an added surprise, the Team installed three benches, at NO cost, so my 87 years young father can take a breather while going to and from the dock to enjoy his favorite pasttime, fishing. I tell ya, the **** Krause team worked very hard, were courteous, and did what they promised...and MORE. I cannot recommend the **** Krause team enough. Thank you for your hard work. Recently we chose New Life Builders to remodel our kitchen and they did a phenomenal job.We had our old 80’s style cabinets replaced, added granite countertops and a ceramic tile backsplash installed. The quality of the soft close cabinets make a world of difference and the ALL wood construction will last for years. From start to finish, New Life made the process very tolerable considering we had to endure the demo, installation, and final touches. The crew showed up each day on-time and made sure to clean up as they left each day. They were friendly and understanding of the fact we did not have a kitchen to use during the renovation.
