“My experience was excellent from the phone call at 8am to the quick arrival from 20 miles away to the actual service call with Bill. He took the opportunity to include an educational explanation of the current predicament of a cold weather outside pipe split. He answered questions I had about the well pump, water softener system, and checked a couple of bathroom sink hardware during the 15 minutes of waiting for the PVC pipe glue to set.
